New Membership
No person shall be entitled for allotment / Transfer of plot unless he / she has obtained Membership in DHAC Karachi respectively in the authorized Category.
Membership Renewal
Members of DHA City Karachi are required to update their membership record on occurrence of changes, like change of address, updation of family record, change of signatures, change of name, CNIC and change in facial appearance by providing latest photographs. The membership is allotted for a period of five years, thereafter, renewal is required for next five years.
Transfer of Plot
Transfer in DHAC will be carried out when properties are purchased. Instructions / checklists / specimen documents are available for view / download related to various transfer types.
Certified True Copy (CTC)
In the case of loss of Title Documents, the owner will apply for the issuance of Certified True Copy of Title Document(s).
No Objection Certificates
Various types of NOCs are issued related to property transactions by the Transfer & Record Directorate.
