Demarcation
Definition This documents provides the physical possession of the plot with permits owner to carryout construction activities as per the approved building plan. Purpose For owner to know the exact indication of Plot boundaries and to proceed further with construction activities.
Building Plan - DHAC
Definition Approval of bldg plan is required for construction of building on plots at DHAC. Building plan is submitted in DHAC for approval. After scrutiny of case, it is provisionally approved if found in order. There are 2 types/categories of building Plan Approval.
Construction NOCs
NOCs for Residential & Commercial Plots Foundation of Basement Level NOC Basement area verification. Verification of height/ depth. Verification of underground water tank. Plinth Level NOC Right, Left & Rear Compulsory Open Space. Height & area of Basement. Underground water tank slab level. Earth filling in Compulsory Open Space.
Completion Plan Approval - DHAC
Definition Completion Plan An “As Built Plan” submitted to the PDOHA for the purposes of obtaining approval and occupancy certificate. Revised Completion Plan Revised completion plan will be submitted after execution of approved revised building plan.
Deviation Approval / Permission - DHAC
Definition If owner wants to deviate from the approved building plan during the construction of the building then he must have to take deviations approval else he is penalized. Procedures Application is submitted at Administration Directorate at DHAC along with the required documents. Application is forwarded to TP&BC Dte at DHAC.
