New Membership
Membership is the fundamental process of Plot Allotment Buying in DHA City Karachi. Plots and any other facility is only entertained to those who are members of DHAC.
Renewal of Membership
DHAC membership has a limited validity (5 years) and it needs to be renewed periodically. Whenever membership or card expires, it needs renewal.

- Approval of bldg plan is required for construction of building on plots at DHAC. Building plan is submitted in DHAC for approval. After scrutiny of case, it is provisionally approved if found in order. There are 2 types/categories of building Plan Approval. In case of new construction, the bldg. Plan is called a Proposed Bldg Plan. In case addition or amendment to exist bldg. is required, same is called Revised Bldg Plan.
Steps to Follow

- The applicant will arrives at Main Reception Counter of T&R DHAC and collects membership form category wise from the Counter.
- Applicant will then submit duly filled membership form at Main Reception counter; will further issue the provisional receipt to the applicant.
- On the given date and time applicant will come at Main reception.
- File will be forwarded to T&R DHAC Membership Section where they will create the physical file of the member.
- Membership section will generate record of the member in the system.
- Applicant will submit the original pay order for new membership at the Fin Dte which is auto debited when the record is created in the system.
- Applicant will proceed to DD Membership office for biometrics, photograph and verification of data.
- The file will be forwarded to membership section for printing of card.
- Membership card is handed over to the member.

- Applicant will then submits duly filled membership form at Main Reception counter, which will further issue the provisional receipt to the applicant.
- On the given date and time applicant will come at Main reception.
- File will be demanded by Main reception and scrutiny of documents by membership section will be done.
- Membership section updates the record of the member in the system.
- Applicant submits the original pay order / receipt for renewal which will be auto debited.
- Applicant will proceed to DD Membership office for bio-metrics, photograph and verification of data.
- The file will be forwarded to membership section for printing of card.
- Membership card is handed over to the member.
